To keep the congregation informed, engaged, and encouraged through a professionally designed and consistently delivered monthly email newsletter. In a digital age, staying connected outside of Sunday is crucial. A regular newsletter helps strengthen church unity, improve event attendance, encourage spiritual growth, and reach homebound or traveling members.
📦 Service Package Overview
The Monthly Newsletter may include:
- ✅ Custom email design using church branding (logo, colors, fonts)
- ✅ Uplifting message or devotional (optional – provided by you)
- ✅ Church announcements, upcoming events, and prayer requests
- ✅ Embedded media (photos, videos, sermon links)
- ✅ List management (add/remove subscribers as needed)
- ✅ Two to three rounds of revisions before sending to the congregation
- ✅ Monthly performance report (open rate, click rate, etc.)
